Improvements, fixes

• legend generation and placeholder parsing code: simplified and cleaned up both, with legend now making use of flex-direction CSS property to reverse legend row order (no things are expected to have changed visually)
• when given attribute field has not been found, the error message now lists all available attribute fields in GeoJSON
• removed unused example dataset "points.geojson"
