Resolves squakez/camel-dashboard-operator#5

Add a link to hawtio tab in pod view if the pod is hawtio enabled (container has a port named jolokia) and the hawtion console plugin is available
Add images support in the project (with camel logo)
Add a feature FLAG active when the camel app CR are present
