You can now work together with others on the same whiteboard in real-time, just like Figma or Miro.
✨ What's New
👥 Collaborate in Real-Time
- See others' cursors moving around the canvas as they work
- Changes sync instantly - no more refresh needed to see updates
- Share your pads by right-clicking any tab and setting it to "Public"
- Copy shareable URLs in the format:
https://pad.ws/pad/your-pad-id
🔄 Important: Manual Update Required
Due to significant changes in how we store your data, you'll need to manually backup your pads before updating:
- Export your important pads using the export feature
- Reset your database when deploying this update
- Re-import your pads from the exported files (or just copy-paste your drawings)
We know this isn't ideal, but at this early stage it's the most reliable way to ensure everything works smoothly. Need help? Find us on Discord!
