Files manager example app using hotwire turbo, hotwire stimulus and tailwind css

Setup

make sure you have installed ruby and nodejs:

• ruby 3.4.2
• nodejs 23.11.0

make sure you have postgresql service running locally on port 5432

then run

bin/setup
