[Firebase AI] Add id property to FunctionCallPart

Added the id property to FunctionCallPart, which should be included with the FunctionResponsePart if provided. To minimize public API changes, id was added a property on FunctionCallPart but not added to the public constructor and id was added to FunctionResponsePart's constructor but not added as a public property.

Note: id already exists in the Android SDK (FunctionCallPart and FunctionResponsePart).
