Dockerfile Optimization

I have optimized the Dockerfile to align with the company's best practices and guidelines. Here are the changes made:

➡️ Multi-Stage Build: Implemented a multi-stage build to reduce the final image size and improve security. This ensures that only the necessary artifacts are included in the final image.

➡️ Non-Root User: Ensured the application does not run as the root user. Running as a non-root user enhances security by limiting the potential impact of a security breach.

➡️ Layer Caching: Improved layer caching by ordering the Dockerfile commands to maximize the use of Docker's build cache. This speeds up the build process in subsequent builds.

These changes help in creating a more secure, efficient, and maintainable Docker image.
