Supports DSPs that `need_track_change_mark`, and uses DSPs' `on_endoftrack` events. In particular crossfaders.

Supports DSPs that
need_track_change_mark, and uses DSPs'on_endoftrackevents.In particular I wanted to use the Sqrsoft Crossfader. That's all I've tested.
Note I had to change a 2 existing lines that were throwing errors, possibly because I was using latest SDK version
SDK 2024-12-03, but I don't really know.
