This pull request includes multiple commits that refactor the TeacherPage and related components to improve localization and implement the ScopedHeader component for table column headers. The changes include adding the ScopedHeader component for localized table column headers, refactoring the TeacherPage to use localized breadcrumb labels, and updating the code to use localized strings for labels and placeholders. Additionally, there are updates to the component localization and new translations added.
