Eclipse Aether, Maven mirrors, and versions are supported

This versions introduces a number of major improvements, including:

#1 Versions of artifacts are properly understood by Classpath
#2 Maven "mirrors" are supported
#3 Optional dependencies are ignored by Aether
#4 Eclipse aether is supported (along with Sonatype one)

Besides that, a few bugs were fixed.
