✅ This dataset is based on a fictional HR database. It has been commonly used for learning HR analytics, including by IBM.


🛠️ How to Use

  1. Open the file HR Analytics Dashboard.pbix using Microsoft Power BI Desktop.
  2. Make sure the dataset file HR-Employee-Attrition.csv is located in the same folder as the .pbix file.
  3. Interact with filters, slicers, and visualizations.
  4. You can also connect the PBIX to another HR dataset using Power Query.

📦 Installation

  1. Install Power BI Desktop
  2. Clone this repository:
git clone https://github.com/manishdevdi/HR-Analytics-Dashboard.git
  1. Open HR Analytics Dashboard.pbix in Power BI Desktop.
  2. If prompted, relink the dataset HR-Employee-Attrition.csv.
