This project is a comprehensive HR Analytics Dashboard built using Power BI, aimed at providing insightful visualizations to understand employee demographics, performance, attrition trends, and more. The dashboard serves as a decision support tool for HR managers and business analysts.
The HR Analytics Dashboard helps organizations analyze:

The goal is to improve HR strategies and support data-driven decision-making using visual insights.
- Interactive Filters: Analyze data by department, gender, age group, etc.

- Departmental Overview: Compare performance and attrition across departments.
- Work-life Balance: Evaluate employee satisfaction indicators.

✅ This dataset is based on a fictional HR database. It has been commonly used for learning HR analytics, including by IBM.
- Open the file
HR Analytics Dashboard.pbix
using Microsoft Power BI Desktop. - Make sure the dataset file
HR-Employee-Attrition.csv
is located in the same folder as the.pbix
file. - Interact with filters, slicers, and visualizations.
- You can also connect the PBIX to another HR dataset using Power Query.
