When the platform toolset is upgraded to v143 (testing for a future upgrade to VS2022), we get the following error.

3rdparty\TheImagingSource\classlib_3_5_6\include\udshl\udshl_lnk.h(48,1): error C1189: #error:  Unknown Compiler version.

We probably need to upgrade the The Imaging Source SDK.
