The current implementation doesn't allow to reference tasks relative to a remote pipeline (e.g., the task definition is in the same remote location as the pipeline). The issue is described here: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SRVKP-4332 This patch introduces the necessary functionality to enable the behaviour above.
