Version 0.13.0-rel

I am pleased to release a new version of the TSUN Proxy today.
It took three months until the release version 0.13.0-rel was ready. Three more TSUN devices are now supported:

• TSOL MS-800 with serial number which start with R47
• TSOL MS-3000
• TSOL DC-1000

With the DCU-1000 Energy Storage System, the first device that is not an inverter is now supported. My special thanks go to @Carlo-Thomas and the member kratkale from /www.photovoltaikforum.com , who have made this possible with their tireless support.

The HA add-on has now received an apparmor and README files to increase security and usability.

I would also like to mention a bugfix:

• Responses for AT+ commands from the TSUN Cloud are no longer discarded, so that the commands no longer time out
