Maintainable Asus Xonar Essence ST (and maybe STX) driver for FreeBSD.

There is a compatibility layer with DragonFlyBSD, which I cannot
maintain now as I no longer use DragonFlyBSD. I can be found in
dragonfly-compat branch.
