##Overview The package contains image stitching module for a microscope. The microscope provides 3 degrees of freedom namely x,y and z axis for the test slide. The 3 DoF is provides by Trinamic stepper motor driver which is controlled from the command given by the laptop. The library for the stepper motor driver is also included.
