A deep learning framework for synaptic event detection
'minis' is a software for electrophysiological data analysis. It allows you to detect and analyse spontaneous postsynaptic potetnials/currents in whole-cell patch clamp recordings and to estimate the quantal size in the central synapse.

This project explores the effect of insulin on neuronal communication and excitability in the rat dorsomedial hypothalamus.
Template correlation-based detection of postsynaptic currents.
Add a description, image, and links to the postsynaptic-currents topic page so that developers can more easily learn about it.
To associate your repository with the postsynaptic-currents topic, visit your repo's landing page and select "manage topics."
