multislice reconstruction on multiple scans

1. Allow the GPU_MS engine to do multiple-scan reconstructions.
2. The object sharing feature also seems to work for multislice reconstruction.
3. Fix bugs reported in object constraints in GPU engines do not work for multiple scans with shared object #54 that regularizations do not work properly when multiple scans share a common object function.
