[MOO-1927] Add js actions test

• Adding several tests for js actions
• Added dropdown option to execute only js actions tests without widgets
• Re-worked whole logic when building/publishing resources when only js actions tests are executing, as well with other steps in the pipeline
• Project had to be updated and navigating to js actions is done through a regular button instead of bottom bar since on iOS bottom bar items cannot be detected properly
